    HI Sir,
    My mother also invested in it.
    We were waiting for 2014 to get 1,25,000 INR, but heard about this from someone that they offered 50000 and thats it.
    So i did google on their website (www.sardarsarovardam.org)i can see their notice but I could not find any email ID to contact them about this.

    So what I understand by reading all this and your blog that they have offered 50,000/- in jan,2009 and after that they will not give a single paise more and you and all others here are waiting for the court judgement for redemption of complete 1,25,000/- next year. I understand supreme court has sent the case back to Gujrat High court. So what next?
    Please guide me what should I do go ahead with 50k and settle down or wait for 1,25,000/- Is there any chance that we can get full amount?

    It is better now to claim Rs 50000 now as the time of full redemption for Rs 1,11000 is due from 11th Jan 2014 through respective Consumer Forums under protest reserving the right to receive balance after the decision in the High Court.

    i have a bond folio no SN 375420
    i talked to the enquiry office on dated 28/02/14 regarding redemption of this bond but he said that we have closed this bond in 2009 and now u send this bond to our office we will send you only 50000/- rupees in spite of 111000 the bond value after 20 year ,so can Gujrat GOVt. can close this befor the time with out any notice. Shall i go to the court against Gujrat Govt.

    I had lodged a complaint with SEBI and SSSNL replied that the matter is sub-judice and hence the complaint should be disposed off. Accordingly, SEBI disposed off the complaint pending court verdict. What is the status of court case is not known. Can any body focus knowledge on the matter?
